Rates below reflect the current APPYTOYS shipping structure. Free-delivery thresholds apply only where shown and subject to the basket and destination being eligible.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates measured in working days unless otherwise stated. They begin after the relevant parcel has been prepared and handed over for transport. High-volume periods, local holidays, severe weather, customs checks and carrier disruptions can extend transit times.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, the tracking link or number is associated with the relevant shipment. An order may contain more than one shipment and therefore more than one tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders that cross customs borders can be subject to customs formalities, duties, taxes or carrier charges depending on the destination, market configuration and applicable law. Any amounts collected directly at checkout will be shown before payment; charges imposed separately by authorities or carriers remain subject to the rules of the destination.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows an address problem, failed delivery, depot hold or another exception, contact APPYTOYS Customer Care promptly. Carrier holding periods can be limited.
