Return Policy

• Standard return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.
• Use a tracked courier and keep proof of dispatch.
• Send the parcel only to the authorised logistics centre communicated by APPYTOYS.
• Do not send goods before the return has been reviewed and instructions have been issued.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect products follow a separate Customer Care process.

Returned goods must be complete. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may result in a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law.
